The U.N. to Vote on Palestinian Statehood

It's been a long time coming but the U.N. might finally recognize Palestine as a state. This isn't acceptable to Israel or the United States, who tried very hard to put pressure on the U.N. to not allow Palestinians any recognition. According to the above news source most U.N. members are sympathetic to the Palestinians and will likely vote for statehood, which should hopefully allow the
