Of course I have!!! Well this goes double for this story. I was surfing online and came across this year old story about a couple who got so tired of people speeding in front of their house that they installed some radar cameras to catch people. Well, they happened to catch a pig speeding -going as much as 17 miles over the speed limit. They send several emails in an attempt to report him, but
