The Lucifer Effect – October 2012

In this month's Lucifer Effect I have some very egregious examples of police misconduct and brutality.

First up is a video of a cop named Christopher Geraci who stopped a suspect accused of a hit-and-run named Abbi Bonds. In the video below, it seems to me that Geraci hadn't gotten his donut fix for the evening and berates Bonds during a traffic stop when she doesn't get back into her car
