Dancing is a crime?! Since when?! Here is an example of police misconduct when a cop arrests someone for video taping him. This video showcases numerous examples of police brutality, several of which I've featured on The Lucifer Effect in the past.This final video shows a cop slamming a girl into a wall who then falls to the ground. This took place in Phoenix, Arizona.
