Arizona Atheist vs. David Marshall 2010

In April to June of 2010 I had a discussion with David Marshall on Amazon.com. While Marshall was not as vile as he has been during other discussions he wasn't exactly very pleasant to talk to. In my opening post I felt like expressing my thoughts about The Truth Behind the New Atheism [I swear I snicker every time I write that ridiculous title!] and I couldn't help but plug my awesome review of
