The Lucifer Effect – August 2011

In this first video it's hard to see it but at approximately 19 seconds into the video you can see the cop on the right side kick the man who is on his hands and knees in the face. Later on you can see just how hard the kick was since you can see a small pool of blood coming from the man's head.In this second video a man runs onto the field of what looks to be a soccer game. Several cops run the
