Anti-Theism: What's the Big Deal?

I got a comment on my review of David Marshall's book The Truth Behind the New Atheism, accusing me of being anti-religious. I had responded that I was not anti-religious; that I was pro-truth, but after thinking about it I think I am an anti-theist. After all, a person who is pro-truth would logically be anti anything that does not follow truth and evidence.Here is the comment and my reply:
