Earlier this month I posted on the god Delusion and The Truth Behind the New Atheism amazon.com forums my new review of David Marshall's book, in an attempt to debate Marshall and shut him up finally from spouting nonsense about no one successfully refuting his book, or ever refuting his main arguments. Now that someone has gone to the trouble of going through his entire book (for a second time!)
