A Rant: Cellular Phones and Texting B.S.

I was told earlier today that a person was arrested for texting on their cell phone. About a month ago it was made a law in Phoenix, Arizona that anyone caught texting would face harsh fines- up to several hundred dollars. This was due to the fact that a handful of people have died as a result of texting while they were driving. Right now, to my knowledge, this law is only in affect in Phoenix,
